Purchase from TV ad for 19.95. Was not happy as they seemed to go flat and got hot. Figured I was consider it "lesson learned" as it was almost the same price to mail them back. Image my surprise when I got billed a second time for $149.95! When I called they said $149.95 was the price of the pillow and it was "clearly stated" on the form that I had filled out on the order form but agreed to refund my money. I went back to try to read the form again but they had changed the ad and I could not located it. I know that it was not clearly stated or I would not have bought them. It cost $16 to send them back. They did did refund the $149.95 but will not refund the $19.95 as it was supposedly for shipping and handling which was also clearly stated. It was not clearly stated because I watched the ad twice and it did not say that on the order form. This is a scam and I am out $35.95.
