A pop-up appeared asking me to do a survey. Afterward, stated that I won a free bottle of the Garcinia Cambogia and all I would have to pay was $2.95 for shipping. After receiving the bottle, I realized I needed to cancel the trial or could be charged an uncertain amount. I tried on multiple occasions to call and cancel with no success getting through.On January 11, 2014 they charged me $89.95 + $3.19 foreign transaction fee. On Feb. 4, 2014 they charged another $89.95 + 3.19 fee. I never authorized any of this. The only payment I authorized was the $2.95 shipping and handling fee. I want my money refunded immediately. The company invoice from the "free trial" states you have 60 days to request a refund. 2 weeks for processing and 30 days for refund. But, only with product, invoice, and valid RMA# that has to be given to you by their customer service rep. How can you do this when you are unable to get through to anyone at their company?
