I see quite few complaints against this company for the exact reason I am searching online: you send away for a sample, and get billed for an expensive product on an ongoing basis. I am in the process of contacting the company through their third party service but am not quite clear yet whether that is working or not. I am usually careful online and cannot imagine I would have signed that agreement if it had been presented fairly.
