I bought an runescape account off them I also bought runescape gold off the a total of 300 mil about a week later the account was recovered I have talked to them multiple times about this they say they would recover it for me the first second time they said the same and the 3rd time thy just said they can't help me no refund no new account nothing I've tried to talk to them again but thy just ignore me.
