I ordered the trial sample and received an email confirming the shipment. No information was given in the email that I would be charged each month. When I called the 800 number, I was told that I "checked the box" agreeing to the auto-shipments. The man (did not understand his name) said he was the manager and would not refund my money. I contacted my bank and registered a dispute. Since I have not received product (other than the trial), I should be able to get 100% refund.
