I signed and filed for a rebate of my Gap insurance after I traded my 2009 Toyota Camry into New River Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. I traded in the car that I had financed for 6 years. I paid it off in 3 years and 10 months. I went personally into the Stokes Toyota and signed the proper forms necessary for this process. He told me it would be 4-6 weeks. I Waited 8 weeks and called. They couldn't find any information about it. So I told them everything all overall again. Okay Stokes says. Nothing still 7 weeks later. I called back really upset. Finally got someone that cared. He sent me forms by email for me to sign. I signed them. That was 3 months ago. I am so sick of this and them. What can I do?
