Gold acceptance is a terrible car finacing company!(1) First they say you can get their insurance for $60 a month till you get your own , So you can leave the lot. Then I find out its not insurance at all!The dmv cancelled my regestration becuse that insurance doesnt meet california guidelines! My car could have been taken! So I added a full coverage insurance and canceld them. now they say I owe $1,200! for caceling that fake insurance! Ok so 6 moths later The company I worked for got robbed by four men with guns ! then fired Me ( I was a security officer)So I was 3 months late. My fault,(2) so this lady called Irene called and said if i pay $240 they wont repo my car. So I borred 250 from a cash advance place. 3 months no work. So 3 days after I pay her On my first day of work at my new job she calles agin and says we have your car! I could not belive it! Then she said hey pay another $260 wire it to me and ill get your car back.
I was stranded 40 miles from home. So I get home 3hrs later sold my gold, tv, borrowed more money and wired the money.....Irene dint answer gold acceptance said only she can help.
this was friday. monday morning I called and called. She finally answerd SHE SAID THE BANK WILL NOT RELEASE MY CAR! I NEED TO PAY ALL THE MONEY OWED PLUS PENALTYS AND ALL TOW FEES! i ASKED WHY SHE LYED! SHE SAID LOSERS SHOULD PAY THERE BILLS! i GOT ANGRY CALLED AND ASKED FOR A SUPER VISIOR THEY SAID SHE WAS IT! Plus they aded the $60 for 3 month for that fake insurance! I already had real insurance and sent all the docs! So I sold my washer dryer all my security stuff and paid this animal $1,200 total for my car. (3) When I bought the car The finace company said if I pay $30 I could pay onthe 14th istead of the 3 That thell send me a letter and fax it back and itll be ok. They never did I would call once a month they would always say ok never do it. So when all this happed Irene added the $30 and the payment was supposed to be every 14th. But my payment of 240 is now $275 becuse its mandatory to pay for the fake insurace that im not using and on the 4th of the month the rudest people ever call 3x a day every day saying the same thing over and over calling all my refrences! I tell the send the paper for the 16th! now becuse I get paid on the 15th of every month now! But they are all like trained rats talking but not listening! They dont stop! even if its just 1 day past the due date! Not thirty!
