I ordered the trial where you only have to pay for shipping. About 3 days later the bottle arrived. I didn't like product at all, and sent them and email stating that I no longer wished to receive any product from them, nor did i want my membership. So for months my card was not charged and no product had ever been shipped to me. Great! I thought, it's all over. Well I was wrong. This is a scam! they continued to bill after reapeted emails and phone calls (which are almost impossible, seeing as how nobody ever seems to answer the phone), nor do they respond to the emails. Finally months later I get in contact with a real person and she says I have never attempted to call or email them before. I then forwarded my information proving that I did and the lady said "we will be sure to call you back and issue a refund" but did that ever happen NOPE! Do not trust these people it is a scam!!!
