My fiancé signed up for a free trial for 30 days, when she tried to use the services she was unable to download any videos. They taken £30 pounds off her account in January and another £30 in February. When she signed up there was no information stating monthly charges but in bold letters 30 day free trial. I sent an email explaining what has happened they said they will look in to it. They sent me a message saying that my fiancé signed up to a5day trial and that the account has been canceled and no more money will be debited from account. They are just dishonest liars, I hate to think how many people they are ripping off. They should be stopped and banned from trading.
