I ordered this product as a free trial about 6 months ago...with a shipping fee charge..the shipment arrived...now I have been charged 6 months later for a product that I havent authorised and have not received...apart from the original supply 6 months ago...As i paid by debit card the charge has automatically come out of my account...which is one I use for all my dealings...and if I cancel said a/c...I have to reset up ALL my direct debits...I am a disability pensioner and I would like this matter resolved! Or some information as to how to contact the company and get my funds returned..SOMETHING!
