Ajay Bobby Gharu is the Managing Director of AG Capital Markets Limited. He and the other directors do not pay what's owed, instead they evade by changing company names and setting up new ones. In November 2013, a judge ordered AG Capital Markets to repay £22,970.33p. They have defaulted on payment which now stands at £23,221.83p including interest. The directors then illegally (see company house rules) proposed to strike their own company off, but now, an objection has been raised by myself to keep it open in order to issue the CCJ with the new sum owing.
