They advertised getting your records for a dollar. Then a charge for $18.95 shows up on your bank statement. Cancel my request and I was promised a refund and we're half way through March and the issue is still unresolved. His supervisor/ record specialist's name is given as Brian Thompson with a confirmation number. This is a scam and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau! Dorothy Eisenbeis
