Vodafone stole money out of my account, without my authorisation and paid it into some random persons Vodafone account. I only noticed when I checked my bank statement. I was left with no money for 3 days whilst the refund processed. Was offered no apology. Asked to be compensated and was told a manager would call me back within 48 hours. 4 weeks later, no one had called me back so I called again and was again told a manager would call me back but gave me no time limit, 3 days later and I am still waiting for a manager to call me back.
