I was surprised upon checking the transaction history that my Citibank debit card (VISA) was charged with ($160.99 USD) or $209.89 SGD under POS RETAIL PURCHASE ZENSUPPT.COM . I couldn't remember doing any transaction with that and my card is not allowed to doonline purchases.
I checked the name and found that I'm not the only one who was avictim of such scam. I called my bank and they blocked my card and replaced my card. But I want my money back as i did not make any purchase of such.I am hoping that the money will be credited back to my account.
I hope this will be resolved and that whoever is behind this would be charged accordigly.

- I also had an unauthorised charge for $US160 to my Australian bank account. But it was the bank who alerted me via a text message and cancelled the card immediately, gave me a new card and reversed the charges. That's what your bank should do - if it doesn't find a bank that does.
