I called, thinking it was AOL, once my problem was stated, was told my computer was hacked and email was going to a third party. Gave credit card info and was forwarded to "technician" who said computer was NOT hacked and I could have fixed it myself. The call was recorded and my credit card company said nothing could be done. Itok refused to make any kind of an adjustment. This was a scam pure and simple.
