VACATION RENTERS BE WARE~! There is a company on varies home rental websites such as "Homeaway.com & VERBO" claiming to own and manage on varies high end properties across the globe, including a Private Residence @ the W Fort Lauderdale. Thier 'm.o' is lower pricing than all of the other properities for rent within that building, with the offer being good as long as you PAY IN FULL within 10 days, which waived the red flag! Luckily, my intuition kicked in and forced to research more before jumping on the "deal". Well, needless to say...there is no deal! They take your money and run.
