Low cost products that are costly to own. This company sells poor quality products, has awful installation instructions and customer support is awful (poor understanding of English and does not know their own products well). As an experienced engineer it was quite a chore to figure out how to install the gate and opener. Once installed the brackets flexed (wimpy) and adjustments keep going out.
They made mistakes and charged me freight both ways. Those mistakes cost me tens of hours labor and more for a lock bracket (they don't supply that).
It has been a miserable experience and they don't care. Check out their BBB rating (F). No surprise.
