ordered Dvd set2/2/14 - took 5 weeks to arrive, only after me complaining and emailing them to ask what was happening.
Goods finally arrived - only 40% of disks run on DVD player, single burnt disks without covers, hand numbered, in 3 plastic boxes.
And, no answer to my email about replacement or refund, even though site says prompt answers to email. Yeah- sure. Worst company I have EVER dealt with!
