I paid this company to unlock my i-phone 4s. They informed me the the IMEI was in good standing and was being processed. Leading me to believe it would take between 15-30 days to Factory Unlock my phone. I logged in religiously for 3 weeks. I just tried to log in and it kept telling me it was the wrong user name and/or password. So I took the second option on sending my password to my e-mail address. When I entered my e-mail address to retrieve the password it gave me "no such e-mail on file".
