I responded to on-line advertising offering a free trial sample of Equinox and RYTL. My only financial commitment was to be postage and packing charges. The samples arrived. I was unwell so I didn't use them. When credit card statement arrived I was shocked to find that I had been charged £184 for both products. In the same post another product arrived,which I had not ordered and Barclaycard have told me that I had been charged another £99 for this. This is a complete scam. Barclaycard are aware of this company and have stopped any further payments to this company from my card account. They cannot however act on my behalf to try to retrieve what I have lost. I am a pensioner and this means that I may go into debt. I am so devastated.
