Received a bill which I did not have anything to do with. Transaction date states 11/21/13. Just got this yesterday for $494.99. Tried calling every dept and told to leave a voice message. What a scam. Looking on line, I am not the only one. Don't know how they got my info. This needs to stop now! Please look into this. Thank you
