Between the months of january and february this company took two seperate payments of 69.95 out oof my bank account and have tried contacting the company more than ten times via phone and email the first payment was on the 22nd january the second was two weeks later I was told it woulld only take 30 working days its been two months near enough and I'm still waiting for them to this day their terms and conditions don't comply to there actual waiting schedule which is beyond rediculous if sokme could help me I would be very greatful thank you
