Like others, I participated in an online survey and was given a free trial for this product. I never saw any terms and condition telling me that I was to be charged a month later for an order I never placed.
Question for other: I don't remember who was the company/web site that handled the online survey, but it was a major canadian site. I would like to fill a complaint against them.
Lessons learned
1- will never more answer online surveys
2- free gifts are never free
