Ordered timberland shoes and received the wrong item, contacted company through email, I was told could return to receive goods ordered as costs too much, so contacted first pay on many occasions regarding this, I have still to receive an answer, this is 4 weeks on, very frustrating, Shan Peter emailed me from timberland uk store to say they agreed wrong order sent but would t give me a returns address, can anyone help ?
