They advertise a deal a day. On 10/25/11 they had Lady Gaga heartbeats on sale for 19.99. I ordered it and got charged right away. They sent me an email saying that they received my order and will send me another email when they shipped my item. However I never got a second email. I got my item on 11/1/11. First off, the product did not even come in a box. It was just had the headphone bag--but it wasn't the one that the heartbeats normally come in. When I opened it up there was no return slip or order slip. And I noticed the headphones are a fake because they don't match up to a description on monster beat website.
