i ordered the trial lifecell and gave my bank details for delivery charges.that was almost 12 euro and was taken from my account in january.ireceived a tube of cream and presumed it was the trial.however 5 weeks later 140 euros was taken from my account without my knowledge or receipt .there was no mention of price at all in the package i received,so didnt realise this until i got my bank statement yesterday.how can i stop them taking more money from my account if they so choose?
