My wife paid them $39 to change her name with Social Security. Did they? no.

What about when I called them at (302)250-4570? Maria insisted they were not a scam, although all they did was send the SS-5 form, which is actually available free (and easily found with google). "Did you change her name with the SSS?" Answer (approx) "We are a prestigious company that assists people. We send easy instructions, and give them the contact information for the closest office. We are not a scam."
I asked again, "Did you change her name?" answer "We provide the form and easy instructions, and help."
I asked, "Did you help her? Did you get on the phone and help her fill out the form?" "No, but we send the form with instructions."

I told her she was working for a scammer, which she denied. However, she did say she would refund the money by 4/7/14. Let's see if it shows up on my credit card
