Alledged breeder referred me to a bulldog rescue group and sent me the pictures of the dog and we nogotiated a price Oliver then he had me make payment through this alledged shipping company Bismarck Pet relocators first I sent payment for the dog then they wanted more money for insurance which I paid as well then they wanted money for change of ownership which i did not send after i googled this name and found out that oliver winther is scam. I tried to call him but no answer sent him several emails they shut down their website.
