This is an ongoing saga at this Mobile home site. Failure to maintain. We were on a boil water notice with the county after the power went out due to PG&E. But the real reason is the generator to keep the water pumps going in case of a power outage was not working and they knew about it for two weeks! So for a week we couldn't use the water for cooking or drinking. But our water goes out often and we were never told to boil water before! Cars do not obey the speed limit or stop for the "invisible" stop signs. Gee go figure. When the office manager is asked to repaint: I'll get right on it!" she says. Oh years later, it is still not done and the problem continues. Its a miracle no one has been hurt yet. The street cleaner uses NO water so a cloud of dust is all you get along with dirty windows and porches.THe street remains dirty. Dog owners do not pick up their dog's poop. Oh, maybe its because they let their dogs run free. Yards and properties are not kept clean or tidy. The company that maintains the common grounds blows all the leaves, dirt, etc onto people's residents. There must be little leprechauns running around at night vomiting in the streets and littering beer bottles, liquor bottles and trash everywhere. Drug deals go on and management can only say, "there are NO drugs in MDL!" Failure to maintain!
