I was a out to orders Oakleys from this website, http://www.oakleykiss.com/. The sunglasses were very cheap but as they say caveat emptor and if its too good to be true it probably is. So I proceeded only because I saw Paypal, however once I got to checkout, I was redirected to ICPayment.com which only accepts VISA or MasterCard. There was no Paypal, so I googled ICpayment and noticed a lot of people have been scammed through this payment module. Don't buy anything if a site is using this.
