In Novemer 2013 I ordered 1000 USB-Lighters at Saige Electronics Co. Ltd.
Unfortunately we didn't receive one of te products. In December I have tried to contact them, but they didn't react to one of our messages.
I contacted them via Skype. The contact name of the company is: Joy.
In the beginning when we were about to order 1000 products they were reacting very fast. In January we tried to contact them several times a week, but they didn't respond to one of our messages.
Then we tried to contact the Chinese embassy, they told us that there were already different cases of fraud with this company.
Now we have paid for the 1000 products. Unfortunately we didn't receive our money back.
