An ad came on screen with short survey and at end gave choice of 2 products that might help and for US$4.95 could have a trial of Collagen Serum. It took almost 3wks to arrive then I week later US$98.95 was withdrawn from my account - they had kept my account details and automatically sent another batch. Immediately I emailed and told them to cancel the shipping and refund the money I didnt want it. I didn't receive any reply so I sent emails everyday. Finally I received a reply which said keep the product and we'll refund $69.95 or return within 30days to receive full refund. I replied saying I want a full refund but haven't received the product to return and then the 30days would be up and not get a refund anyway. So asked for them to confirm it had been sent and a tracking no. for it. Guess what didn't get a reply and it's now 4days later.
