I am a Maid of Honor in an upcoming wedding in just a couple weeks which Bridals On Sale are aware of at the time of the purchase. I made my purchase and they deducted my funds out of my bank here in the U.S. on Feb. 7, 2014. I was told at the first time of my purchase on Jan. 31st, I should expect my dress to be mailed with a tracking number shortly after they received my payment. They did not send me ANY email or correspondence at all in regards to the status of my order until I inquired last week, because I was becoming very worried about the whereabouts about my dress and if this even legitimate company or a scam. I sent live chat messages and kept getting the same replies saying they sent my package on March 19th through USPS and I should have it within 2 days. I spoke with USPS several times and they said the number Bridals for Sale gave me was a "pre electronic number", NOT a number that means that the Postal Company has picked up the actual item. This company has lied to me time and time again, and with my health already being in a terrible state it is really putting me through so much pain and stress, in what should be a very happy occasion that I should be planning for. I would and will NEVER EVER do business with this company again. Unfortunately, I trusted them and they took advantage of me and many others. I am going to continue to write and report this to the local Chinese officials and U.S. authorities because this is just absolutely wrong. Thank you for your website. I hope maybe my dress will magical appear tomorrow, but I am afraid not, and that I will be having to ask my friend to help me track down this dress because I cannot get out of bed very easily. I am doing my best to safe my energy for the wedding coming up...and I have to have the dress. Here is my BridalonSale information:
