My company placed an order for $3,749 worth of product from TopItShopping.com.

After receiving PI we made a bank transfer in Tuesday 04.03.2014. The same day we were doing some other transfers to suppliers from China and they have received payment on Thursday.
The Topitshopping company been written for next few days that they don't have it on account. After when I wrote that I have to report this to the HK Police, suddenly they found our transfer.
But next day that they write to me: "Really sorry to update that we can't produce your order. The price is so low, even lower than the material cost, we can't supply you rubbish quality instead of good quality."
I still don’t know how this is possible. They give us that prices on PI.
We decided that we wanted to get a refund. But then the problems started.
They sent us information that they can’t make a normal bank transfer and need send money by PayPal. But again it was a problem with Paypal account and told us to wait a few days for a refund. At the moment, they sent us only $ 600 through Paypal. It's been almost a month, and a few two days ago they stopped responding to our emails.

Their account has been banned by Alibaba after our report.
