The complaint is against an online dating profile
The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
Bought these tablets 1 box of each for 4.99 ( 3 however arrived) so a further 4.99 was taken from my account.
It clearly stated on web site that if the next months instalment of tablets were not required then to cancel within the next 14 day.
This was done on day 12 to the email address of support @gcextract.com
Cannot get any reply and no one is getting back to me.
They did however take 3 lots of 89.99 from my bank account on the 31st March.
Please can you help me as this is my mortgage payment andI am so distressed by this as my mum passed away on 3 days ago. This is not what I need neither is it appropriate behaviour. I do believe that this is theft and fraud.
