when I joined I didn't realise they were going to charge me £69.72 if id know this I wouldn't have bothered they even said we'll not take payment today but my god when id realised my money wasn't right in the bank they had taken it straight away im now left with nothing and on top of that they'd taken from my child benefit money which I get monthly for my child so I was left with just over £10 I could have cried as Im struggling to cope at moment that money is vital for me and my daughter.
