I tried to order a $487 phone via Metro PCs's website, nowhere along the process did it tell me that anything over $300 has to be shipped to my billing address, in fact it allowed me fill in shipping and billing address separately. so at the final step i hit submit, I get an error message that they can not process the order and that I should call immediately, they told me that my billing and shipping had to match, So i tried that but still give me an error, so i gave up. The next day i noticed my bank account was over drafted,cause even thou they immediately cancelled my order online they still charged me. and I got $140 in over drafting fees, so i called that evening, they said they will fax over a release letter, they guy made me wait for half hour on teh phone before he came back and said he faxed it. the next day I was charged over drafting fees again for $70. TD bank gave me that $70 back. So that nite i called metro pcs again, and they rep said again they will fax over another release. but I Was once again charged $105 over drafting fee, I called my bank and asked what gives, why did they not honor the fund release request, my bank said they never got them. and Metro PCS refuses to take responsibility for their botched website and negligence
