I have an account online with my local exchange bureau. I received an email from this individual who said that he was also an exchange member. He asked if I would be willing to make a trade and I agreed. He emailed me a photo of his merchandise and I sent him payment but he never sent the payments. I tried to email him again but his email was turned off.
