Purchased a voucher for junk removal ($35 for 250lbs). After no response from the junk removal company. I went back to Dealathons for a refund. They issued a credit note but nothing was ever credited to my cc. Have followed up numbers times via email with what seems to be a standard stock response of someone will look into it. Tried calling the local # list on the webpage and it is no longer in service, so i eventually found a # that worked but after waiting on hold for over 10 mins it when to a voice mail. Left a message with my # and as them to call back. Now call back. Very poor customer service
