On 20-12-2013 I made an online payment of 330USD from my ICICI Bank Account to Bank Of China (A/C - 6013822000642086881 , A/C Name - LUO YONG) for purchase of a mobile phone (samsung galaxy s4 i9502). Till date i have not received the phone and the seller says he has not received the money. I checked with my bank and they have given the proof that the amount was credited to the seller account on 20-12-2013 itself.

The seller is from Shenzhen , China and his website is www.szxiaodao.com and his name is JasenLin and his contact number is 008615976856210 and email id :"jasenlin" <[email protected]> .
I placed a complaint to shenzhen police through phone and they have noted the details but they want a formal complaint from Indian cybercrime to them. The seller has switched OFF the phone and he is not picking. I request scambook to help me in this matter so as to get the original Phone from the seller who has cheated me. Kindly place a complaint and forward it to szhenzen , China police so that they can do the investigation and provide a justice. I would like this website www.szxiaodao.com to be blocked permanently so that others are not cheated like me.
