A representative from company called asking alot of questions about my work history. He told me my name was submitted to be considered in a professional biography. I told him there I has no need of this service. I am retired and could car less about a biography of my work. He continued to play up the value of the membership. When I started talking cost, I immediately told him no. I didn't have that kind of money for something of no use to me. He came back down to a price of $99.00, $49.95 and so forth. Finally, he ask if for $19.95 would I accept just to be listed. I would receive no book or certificate. I gave my ok for $19.95 and nothing else. Now months later they charge my visa $349.95. The date of transaction shows 022114. I have phone records proving I was not on the phone at that time or date giving them permission to use my credit card. When the charges showed up on my statement I immediately filled a complaint to Visa. I have tried numerous times to cal PGN but never get a live person only a message to leave my name and phone number and they will call me back. Of course they to date have not responded to any of my calls.
