I got my so called free trial with shipping cost of 4.95 in the mail. It said they would then automatically take money out of my account. I called to cancel and fought with the lady for 10 minutes. She kept saying that they would lower the price for the free sample. Isn't a free sample something you don't pay for? NOT. I told her I would just send it back. She kept saying to keep it and they would only bill me 29.95 for it. I told her the web is mis-leading and it is false advertisement. This is a joke.
