I was contacted by this company, claiming to be from Microsoft, that they hac been receiving alerts from my computer alledging that I had been hacked. As a senior citizen, I believed them and gave them my credit card number to pay for a virus clean up. I realized it was a cam when I googled their compapny name and realized there were no links. Since I have been promised refunds by any number of technicians when I call requesting to cancel the account. SCAM. Help number given 1-866-539-8674.
