I won an auction by mistake. .
Invoice was sent on April/03/014 for an amount of $ 964.00
The transfer was made the same day.
Because of different countries, the process would take 3 or 4 working days.
It April/7th a new invoice sent with an amount of $ 100.00 fee for late payment.
All proof of payment has been sent to the Co. to the previous date!.
What about the previous payment, as they asked me a new payment in the amount of $ 1,064.00.
This nonsense of this Co.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
