I responded to his post on craigslist asking if tickets were still available for Coachella. And then recieceved this back.

Hi, my name is Roger Gilbert and I am from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
I still have the 2 Coachella Festival GA wristbands for the first weekend. The camping car pass is included. $750 for both wristbands + car camping pass. Attached is a pic with the whole package that is for sale.
I can send the wristbands with overnight services today and you can receive them on Monday at your address in the US.
I work for a travel agency and the wristbands were bought by my company as a bonus we were going to give on a deal to a customer in the US.
Unfortunately the deal did not go through and now we have them, but will not be going to the festival to use them.
My company will pay for the delivery of the wristbands with the overnight delivery so you can receive them on Monday.
I realize we need an exchange method that requires safety for both parties, so I checked for a way to make the exchange from here in Winnipeg, and I found a company which has a procedure that is perfectly suited for our situation. The company is called DeliveryPlus, which is an international delivery service and they will handle both the payment and delivery part of this transaction.
They offer a service that I think we can use for our exchange.

With this procedure we initiate the transaction, then I take the tickets to DeliveryPlus.
After they review the merchandise they send you a confirmation that they have the tickets and a set of instructions for you to follow to receive the package.
After you receive the wristbands you will use the wristbands to go to the Coachella Festival and only after that, after you receive and use the wristbands you will instruct DeliveryPlus to send me the funds and the transaction will be complete.

I will pay for the overnight delivery so you will receive them on Monday.
