I sent for their 'Free Trail' products which asked only for £2 towards postage. There were no terms or conditions attached to their internet link. The product arrived. Then in February more product arrived. I emailed to say I did not order any further product and wished to cancel. They emailed back to confirm cancellation. In March I received my quarterly bank statement and was horrified to learn that £250 had been taken from my account illegally without my permission. I immediately rang my bank to block any further money being taken. At the moment I am trying to get my money back. The company have said they will only accept one return under their company policy. I intend to fight. It is my personal policy not to accept companies without integrity who rip off unsuspecting buyers with their scam. I have contacted Action Fraud here in the UK and they told me to contact Better Business Bureaux in US. THIS IS A HARD LESSON. DONT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE UNLESS YOU ARE SURE ITS A SECURE PAYMENT. THIS IS A COMPANY OF THEIVES!
