Contacted by someone for Texas Arbitration on this date and was told that a lawsuit was going to be filed against me and a lein against my home if I didnt settle up.Had info about me soc # bank name address. Said I owed this money even though it was placed in my sons bank acct. Said just because my name was the same as his and they had my soc # I was liable for the money. Kept telling me they had affidavt from my bank. Called bank and they told me they gave them no affidavt. Contacted this gentleman again he said he didnt care they had my name and soc # and I was responsible even though it wasnt my acct. they would not refund my money.Also said they mailed out numorous notices but I never received any.
