I intended on ordering a single Magic Mesh screen for $19.95. They advertised I could get a second screen for an additional 4.95. So I ordered two items expecting to be charged 24.90 ($19.95 + 4.95)plus P/H. The order went through showing they were shipping me 4 screens and charged me 12.90 for shipping. There was never a mention of $4.95 on the order confirmation. My card was charged $65.70. I immediately tried to cancel, but there was no option to do so. I immediately tried to call cust srvc, but the voice mail msg said they were closed. I then sent an email to cust srvc asking for the order to be cancelled. The next day I called cust srvc asking them to cancel my order, they said too late, its already shipped. I am trying to dispute the charge with my bank. In the meantime; cust srvc sucks with Magic Mesh. Do not buy their product, they'll rip you off.
