My company had exported charcoal to Ehis Exotics in 2 tranches between Dec 2012 and Jan 2013. They made part payment and witheld payment of the balance Euros 7,871 ($10,185). They blamed poor cashflow but promised payment since April 2013 but nothing received to date. Our investigation revealed this is a practice of the company - to deceive charcoal exporters into supplying them without paying fully for cargoes received.
