I was looking to apply for a loan and gave my details over the internet in respect of an application; at this point I did not get accepted nor did I receive any written agreement or gain loan monies. The following afternoon I went shopping to find my debit card had been declined and £54.99 taken from my account from Lian Zoo. I have never heard of this company, when I gave my details I presumed icharges for a loan would be taken out once I had been accepted and money given to me and a credit agreement completed.
I have contacted Loan Zoo who have left me in a worse situation; I have no money to feed my children. I am penniless as a single mum. I have emailed them 4 times, rang them 4 times; each time on hold for an average of 35 minutes. I have a direct contact for a guy working there. Who said he sent an email with attachment for a Customer Satisfaction Survey; that will not open. I have emailed him my details for refund using the Cancellation Form template; emailed back my details to him. I have still heard nothing. He told me I cannot close my account as I will not receive a refund.
I am scared that if I get paid they will take money out of my account whilst waiting up to ? 30 days for a ?? Refund
